CUKUPLAH VITAMIN D DARI CAHAYA MATAHARI JE ..

Ahaa.. once upon a time. Maklin pun ingat camni , halah takyah la sibuk2 nak kesah vitamin D cukup ke dak dalam badan kita ni. Kan hari2 tiap pagi kita jemur kain mengadap cik matahari ?

Lepas attend kelas nutrisi dengan Dr Roland. Rasa nak tampaq diri sendiri. Dalam kelas tu Dr Rolan citer dengan detail macam mana proses badan kita serap Vitamin D. Ingatkan kita dapat direct terus , rupanya ada transmitter yang tukar vitamin D supaya badan boleh serap.

Seriously terkejut sangat bila Dr Roland kata majoriti vitamin yang sangat kurang dalam badan kita ialah Vitamin D terutama sekali kanak2 time PKP. Impak pada kekurangan Vitamin D ialah kemurungan , tulang jadi rapuh , sistem immune badan jadi lemmmah. Ini yang kita tak nak.
